“ Never had BurgerFi before, but I was really craving a burger and it was the only burger joint nearby so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered a burger that looked quite good on the menu. Specifically, I requested there be no onions when I received the burger. It did evidently have onions Once I went up to the front desk the amazing waitress/cashier she said her name was Souad she herself went up and apologize for the mistake and had it remade right in front of me. By the chef who I think was named Brittany, they both were very sweet, very nice and had very good customer service. The burger wasn’t too bad either. Definitely would recommend if you wish for a good burger coming from a fast food joint ”
“ I had a great experience. I was undecided as to what I want to eat, I had the beyond and their veggie option burger patty on my mind, since I looked confused I asked the young lady at the register which she would recommend and she was honest and stated she had not yried any of them. She then proceded to tell me that the manager loved the veggies and called him out, he bragged about how delicious it was plus he was so kind and patient. His recommendation was right on the money . Everyone there was kind and smiling. Once I got my food I asked them if I could bring my 2 service dogs down and sit outside and they said yes that was fine. They are big dogs also this location is full of games, from uno to checkers to chess to cards to connect four. You name it. Just return it before you leave. ”
